Director of Revenue Operations

Lob is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and manage a revenue operations team. This role focuses on developing and implementing sales and marketing operational strategies, working closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term planning. The Director will be responsible for GTM planning, quota design, and evaluating the GTM tech stack.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in leading integrated revenue operations teams (sales, marketing, and customer success operations)
  • 2-3 years in a leadership or management role within a revenue function
  • Experience scaling GTM operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success operations
  • Extensive experience with GTM tech stack
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
