Requirements
- Ensure uninterrupted business continuity by maintaining smooth handling of customer requests and renewals.
- Maintain data integrity within HubSpot by ensuring deals, renewals, and customer records are complete and accurate.
- Establish a reliable deal desk process for renewals management.
- Serve as a central coordination point for operational requests and escalate issues.
- Ensure visibility and trust in revenue operations data.
- Adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Demonstrate ownership and reliability in transactional and supporting processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret CRM data.
