Requirements
- Maintain smooth handling of inbound customer requests, renewals, and smaller sales-assisted deals.
- Ensure uninterrupted business continuity by maintaining smooth handling of customer requests.
- Establish a reliable deal desk process.
- Increase operational efficiency in renewals management.
- Ensure information in HubSpot supports accurate reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation with Finance.
