About The Role

We are seeking our first Product Marketing Manager to join us on our mission to build a borderless world. Joining our expanding Growth team, you will be responsible for building a robust product marketing discipline to accelerate our go-to-market efforts.

In this role you will be responsible for establishing Localyze’s product marketing practice. Working cross-functionally with the rest of our Growth, Product, Revenue and sales enablement teams, you will come up with the strategy, framework and playbook for how we sell. Leveraging customer insights, industry analysis, competitive research, and go-to-market best practices you will develop Localyze’s core value proposition, while unlocking sales & marketing efforts through tailored messaging frameworks, persona, and segment based toolkits. This role will support cross-functional teams and will be responsible for creating effective reporting and review of materials with various stakeholders.

You are passionate about solving for current and future customers, you enjoy building cross-functional relationships across teams and have a customer-centric approach to what you do. You should be a self-starter, curious and innovative professional.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You will report into the London-based Head of Growth, and you will have the opportunity to grow and expand the product marketing practice long term.

You will:

  • Build and establish key value proposition, messaging frameworks, and playbooks to effectively sell our product.
  • Leverage a customer-centric approach founded on research, and data-driven approaches to shape the product marketing strategy and priorities.
  • Own, develop and unlock our core selling toolkits for our core product to new feature and market launches.
  • Partner very closely with stakeholders in the Growth, Product and Revenue teams to help realise our product vision and launch it into the market.
  • Capture feedback from existing customers through advocacy building, customer interviews and beyond.
  • Support sales enablement in building key collateral for the Revenue organisation to enhance our selling capabilities – including product feature documentation, demo content, competitor battle cards, partnerships value messaging.
  • Establish the foundations for customer-referrals by managing customer referral platforms like Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, etc.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • +5 years experience in B2B enterprise, tech, SaaS, or in HR and Global Mobility services.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, sales enablement, growth, business development and/or commercial roles.
  • The knowledge to build the playbook and framework for something that hasn’t been done before with a strong understanding of how to scale and execute from start to finish.
  • Expertise in shaping messaging, positioning, launching and packaging for a SaaS or HR/Mobility business.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written & verbal skills in English.
  • Creative product marketing skillset with the ability to craft unique messages and content that solves for the customer.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement. Knowledge of product review systems is a plus (eg. HubSpot, Salesforce, HighSpot, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, Figma).
  • Entrepreneurial skills, and a scrappy mentality with the ability to get stuff done.
  • Experience working in global organisations and partnering with teams in multiple time zones, geographies and cultures.
