As we continue to expand, we are seeking an organized Sales Support Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Hardware Asset Management business.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Support Executive fluent in French and English, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the territory sales executive and the wider team, ensuing seamless communication with French-speaking clients, and contributing to the overall success of our sales operations. This role involves a combination of sales, administrative tasks, customer support, and collaboration with the sales team.

Flexible working but primarily based in our Harlow office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:

  • Serve as an internal point of contact for French-speaking clients and non-French speaking clients, addressing enquiries, providing product information, and offering support to the sales team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the sales team in administrative tasks such as allocation leads, following up quotations, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales opportunities via SalesForce.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Provide support in organizing sales events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Accompany the sales team on occasion to client meetings and events, both within the UK and internationally.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or sales role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
