Clinical Quality Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Clinical Quality Data Analyst to translate complex clinical data into meaningful insights that drive patient care and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of related job or industry experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a provider practice and/or managed care/insurance environment utilizing electronic health records (EHR)
• Minimum of one (1) year of analytic or statistical analysis experience
• Experience working with EMR data, including extraction, reporting, and validation
• Proficiency in Power BI (or similar visualization tools) and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of coding guidelines, medical billing, and regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity practices
