Inside Sales Representative

Logical Position is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle cold calls, and have a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic company.

Requirements

• Prospect via phone, email, and other methods to obtain qualified leads
• Meet performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in systems
• Assist leadership or team members with special projects and reporting
• Participate in internal meetings and training sessions
• Support cross-departmental initiatives to enhance client experience
• Mentor or assist new team members during onboarding
