The Role
The Regional Go-to-Market Excellence Lead (AMR) reports to the Head of Commercial Planning & Operations and is responsible for delivering and measuring locked commercial execution across the AMR region. This role ensures regional launch, activation, and channel execution plans are coordinated, visible, and executed with discipline. Working across Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, and regional teams, this role drives execution readiness, tracks risks and dependencies, and helps ensure strong in-market delivery against approved plans.

- Lead regional execution of approved commercial and go-to-market plans across AMR.
- Drive launch and activation readiness, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are tracked and managed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align execution plans across Product, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and channel stakeholders.
- Ensure clear visibility to execution progress, gaps, and issues that may impact delivery.
- Support retail, channel, and partner execution consistency across the region.
- Measure execution performance and provide feedback to improve future planning and rollout effectiveness.
Key Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, commercial execution, program management, business operations, or related fields.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Clear communicator with the ability to work across teams in the region and Business Group.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or technology preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Compensation
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $143,000 and $193,000.
