Loka is seeking a Head of Sales Operations to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. The role involves architecting and scaling sales operations processes, leading a team, and managing analytics. Loka is a rapidly growing company recognized by AWS for innovation and has a fully remote team, testing new ideas with LokaLabsTM.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related functions with increasing responsibility
  • Proven management experience at director level or above
  • Systems architecture mindset with hands-on experience designing scalable revenue operations processes
  • HubSpot expertise and experience with modern sales tech stack integration, reporting and optimization
  • Cross-functional coordination experience with engineering, delivery, or professional services
  • Analytics and reporting mastery with ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Experience profile: Software-services experience preferred
  • Startup-to-scale-up experience
