Loka is seeking a Head of Sales Operations to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. The role involves architecting and scaling sales operations processes, leading a team, and managing analytics. Loka is a rapidly growing company recognized by AWS for innovation and has a fully remote team, testing new ideas with LokaLabsTM.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related functions with increasing responsibility
- Proven management experience at director level or above
- Systems architecture mindset with hands-on experience designing scalable revenue operations processes
- HubSpot expertise and experience with modern sales tech stack integration, reporting and optimization
- Cross-functional coordination experience with engineering, delivery, or professional services
- Analytics and reporting mastery with ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Experience profile: Software-services experience preferred
- Startup-to-scale-up experience
