This role is responsible for identifying and evaluating business opportunities and determining product development plans that are in line with the business plan, company budget, customer needs, and existing compliance standards with the aim of growing the capsule, DFS and Ingredient market in Indonesia in accordance with the company’s objectives.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, ingredients, or healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven track record of successful sales strategy development and execution
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Effective communication and presentation skills
