Account Manager m/w/d responsible for managing customers’ inbound and outbound cargo files, commercial relationships, and providing comprehensive logistics services. Requirements
- Management of inbound and outbound goods flows using available software systems
- Communication with agents, shipping lines, and transport operators
- Reporting all actions taken to the customer
- Stock follow-up, registration, and confirmation of purchases and sales carried out by the customer
- Placing orders with transport providers and operational departments
- Issuing orders for the preparation of customs documents; independently preparing basic customs documents
- Preparation of specific certificates
- Issuing orders for sampling requests and sample shipments
- Invoicing and reporting related to invoicing
- Optimisation of processes
