Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, opening doors, finding the right contacts, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team to turn into customers. You will work remotely and be part of a team of about 30 people in a growth phase.
What You Will Do
Your day will be spent on real conversations with real people, researching companies that fit our midmarket criteria, finding the right contacts, and building clean lists to systematically work through. You will qualify leads, hand over qualified leads to the sales team, and continuously improve your approach.

Requirements
- First experience in sales (SDR, inside sales, telesales) is great, but not necessary
- Hunger and talent beat a resume
- Speak German at a native level
- Microsoft, BI, or finance background is a plus, but not necessary
