Join the Data & Analytics Division of the London Stock Exchange Group as a Customer Success Manager, partnering with Sales & Account Management to grow & retain business. The role is based in Mumbai with some travel required.

Maintain and uplift client Data & Feed usage, develop tailored Customer Value Plans, and execute customer coverage models to deliver value and improve user experience.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a proactive Customer Success Manager
- Demonstrable track record of ability to build partnerships with internal and external networks
- Experience in Real-Time Market Data, Digital Wealth Solutions, Software Development, Computer Networking, or Product demonstrations
- Ability to communicate and decode sophisticated technical concepts to clients simply
- Effective oral and written communication skills when dealing with clients at various organization levels
- Strong business sense with a commercial/pragmatic approach
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Ability to collaborate and work across a large, diverse, and matrixed organization
