The Senior Field Marketing Manager will own and execute the regional field marketing strategy aligned to pipeline, revenue, and territory goals, drive measurable pipeline generation, and maximize ROI from strategic industry events.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through events, integrated campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise or mid-market Sales teams and influencing senior sales stakeholders
- Strong field marketing expertise
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Highly organized and execution-oriented
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
