Role Overview

Participate in the overall planning, strategy, and implementation of York’s China KA business. Determine the China KA list, annual KA development plan, and participate in the formulation of China KA service provider policies.

What You Will Do

Coordinate the establishment of a China KA service provider network for relevant branches. Regularly visit China KA, establish KA strategic cooperation. Obtain and transmit KA pipeline to relevant branches, manage China’s overall KA pipeline, and regularly review KA pipeline with branches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably from a key university, with a major in refrigeration and air conditioning
• Industry background: Refrigeration and air conditioning industry, with a focus on heating and air conditioning products, and the ability to expand to water pumps and cooling towers
• Work experience: Previous work experience involving China KA or BD, with a successful track record of developing and managing large clients, including total package or industry owner clients in China, and experience in regional enablement
