About This Team
The Go-To-Market Evolution Team sits at the heart of the end-to-end value chain transformation of how lululemon operates. We act as an internal consultancy that identifies, re-imagines and conceptualizes optimization opportunities while providing strategic support, evaluating & driving synergies, streamlining processes, and making actionable recommendations to raise efficiency and drive profitability.
Core Responsibilities
The Director, GTM Evolution is responsible for holding a specialized portfolio within the broader transformation of our end-to-end go-to-market value chain. They know the intricacies of the entire GTM process as their work cuts across all the specialized/functional areas. This person is responsible for driving the multi-year GTM transformation roadmap, ensuring on-time delivery of all workstreams and managing risks and resourcing across the portfolio.
Design & Deliver the Future State
- Partner with SVP, GTM and senior leaders to design, pilot, and scale a world-class Go-to-Market operating model, embedding industry leading practices and AI capabilities
- Reimagine process from annual product strategy through to buy confirmation, enabling smarter, faster more strategic decision-making
- Operationalize innovation tools, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams
- Drive improvement in the GTM process by applying process design solutions across the entire end-to-end go-to-market value chain
- Drive the articulation of the GTM evolution vision and strategy, championing it with stakeholders and drive its execution
- Work with teams to build out detailed design of activities, dependencies and processes that support all L1 milestones and L2 sub-meetings
Program Leadership & Governance
- Own and lead delivery of program objectives, ensuring scope, timelines and KPIs are achieved with measurable impact
- Owns the planning and execution of the GTM transformation portfolio managing dependencies, risk and delivery across all projects
- Establish frameworks for value realization, governance, and milestone management to sustain transformation at scale
- Anticipate risks and dependencies; proactively activate partners and insights to resolve challenges
- Lead, coach and develop the GTM Evolution team members on identifying opportunities and requirements
Cross-Functional Influence
- Establish a connected value chain vision across all segments driving L1 design and alignment with stakeholders
- Lead and facilitate workshops with functional teams to define the problem, develop options, and design solutions
- Build trusted relationships at multiple levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in
- Collaborate with other teams involved in business transformation programs to plan and deliver against transformation objectives
Communication & Engagement
- Partner with Change and Enterprise Transformation teams to create strategies, operating models, and ways of working
- Support enterprise-level, cross-program prioritization, dependency mapping, and planning
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience in business transformation, consulting, or product functions
- Deep understanding of apparel value chain, specifically merch/merch planning/inventory processes
- Experience in managing complex workstreams by deeply immersing yourself to understand dependencies
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions
- Strategic vision and creative thinking ability to look beyond existing paradigms
- Ability to drive problem solutioning: frames problems, guides analytical modeling, and provides insights into solutions
- Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex workstreams into digestible frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shift
- Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility and trust
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, able to navigate an organization independently and comfortable with ambiguity
- Demonstrates discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation and Benefits
The typical hiring range for this position is $157,400 – $206,600 annually. Base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may be eligible for competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.

Workplace Arrangement
This role is classified as In-Person. In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
