Product Operations Lead | University Park Village – Fort Worth

We are looking for a Product Operations Lead to join our team at lululemon’s University Park Village store in Fort Worth, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing on the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They will lead inventory shifts, oversee all back of house product operations, and ensure the floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized. The Product Operations Lead will provide input to team member performance evaluations, recommendations into store hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty while leading inventory shifts. They will also oversee and deliver a world-class guest experience when scheduled to work on the floor.

Requirements

• 1 year of work experience
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics
• Experience leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others
