About This Team
The Go-To-Market Evolution Team sits at the heart of an end-to-end value chain transformation of how lululemon operates. We act as an internal consultancy that identifies, suggests, and conceptualizes process optimization opportunities while providing strategic planning support, evaluating & driving synergies, streamlining processes, and making actionable recommendations to raise efficiency and drive profitability.
Core Responsibilities
- Transform our GTM processes by supporting/leading the execution of cross-functional work streams.
- Conduct problem/opportunity identification, capability modelling, interaction diagramming, process mapping, and options analysis.
- Act as an internal advisor to Design, Product & Technical Development, Merchandising, Brand, and/or Supply Chain leaders to design solutions that achieve GTM objectives while considering cross-functional tradeoffs, dependencies, and impacts.
- Define objectives, plan agendas and prepare materials for workshops, leadership enrolments, and engagement sessions.
- Support leader in defining work stream approaches, stakeholder engagement plans, and implementation/change strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams across the business to plan and deliver robust solutions – incl. product management, change management, communications, learning and training, enterprise transformation, org design, etc.
- Build trusted relationships at many levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, shifting approach and execution as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years experience with process optimization/transformation, including experience with operating model design, stakeholder workshopping, leadership alignment, change and implementation planning/delivery.
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions.
- Ability to drive problem solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modelling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shifts.
- Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility and trust.
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, able to navigate an organization independently and comfortable with ambiguity.

Additional Requirements
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.
Compensation and Benefits
The typical hiring range for this position is $81,500-$107,000 annually. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
