Role Overview

The Independent Account Manager is the face of our brand, growing our wholesale business by sourcing and maintaining the right small and large independently owned businesses. They manage 200-400 accounts, generating $6M-$10M Wholesale per year ($12M-$20M Retail).

What You Will Do

Identify new strategic partners, develop brand building relationships, and manage existing partnerships. Travel to grow business and elevate product presentation. Work cross-functionally to understand market needs and support store pipeline.

Requirements

  • Willing and able to travel within the US and Canada (min of 6-8 days in market per month with air and overnight travel required)
  • 3+ years experience in a relationship management, sales or customer service role
  • Experience within the world of wholesale and/or account management, highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, and Smartsheet
  • Highly organized and able to manage calendars and travel schedules
