Lumen is seeking a Sr. Director of Sales Enablement & Communications to lead teams responsible for implementing and operating sales and customer success enablement programs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing comprehensive enablement strategies and ensuring the professional readiness of Lumen’s sales and CS professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales enablement strategy, with 5+ in a leadership role
- Ability to successfully recruit, hire, develop, reward, and retain a team of highly strategic and specialized individuals
