Sr. FP&A Manager

We’re committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. The Sr. FP&A Manager will lead the Nava FP&A team in delivering Nava FP&A objectives, including master data management, financial activities, and business analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of working experience in MNCs Global or Regional headquarters, preferably with US listed company experience
• No less than 5 years of experience in FP&A, and/or no less than 3 years of experience in Product Costing
• Manufacturing process knowledge
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP (SAP acceptable), Microsoft Office Suite, and other systems & tools, Tableau a plus
• People Management Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics, or related fields, MBA a plus
