The Business Markets Enablement Analyst V is responsible for technology project management & communication, technology & tool assessment, triage & development, detailed reporting and analysis, assistance in M&A efforts, and more. The Analyst collaborates across the organization to develop, manage, optimize and ensure execution & compliance with processes and works to align projects & efforts across all Business Markets sales and support teams.

Requirements

  • Expert level knowledge of sales systems including development abilities within Salesforce.
  • Strong project management capabilities including exceptional communication skills & a bias to urgency combined with a high level of organization.
  • Strong reporting & analytics capabilities with the ability to utilize the information to influence decision making for the team and across the organization.
  • Ability to lead presentations for a variety of audiences, including executive leadership, with a talent for encouraging higher level colleagues to execute on decisions.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient with technology including extensive experience with MS Office, Salesforce, SAP or additional CRMs, JIRA, etc.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 25% of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience gained through college degree programs and/or preferred.
  • 7+ years experience preferred.
