Our Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, connecting teams, streamlining processes, and leveraging data to drive efficient revenue generation.

As Entrepreneur in Residence Intern, you will gain firsthand experience in revenue strategy, data management, and AI-driven analytics, while actively shaping our tool infrastructure.

Luminovo is the first all-in-one supply chain platform built specifically for the electronics industry. Whether it’s an OEM designing or procuring electronics in-house or an EMS, with a procurement and sales team – our platform helps them control their complete electronics supply chain.

Performance objectives

  • Optimize revenue generation and customer journey efficiency by supporting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams across all touchpoints.
  • Improve decision-making through structured data insights by gathering, analyzing, and providing key information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Increase pipeline quality and scalability by ensuring a consistent flow of high-fit prospects that match our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Enhance operational efficiency in the go-to-market organization by independently leading strategic and ad-hoc projects.
  • Ensure a reliable and effective revenue tech stack by optimizing integrations, automation, and CRM data integrity.
  • Strengthen sales enablement efforts by providing sales reps with the necessary materials, training, and resources to maximize their performance.

We don’t need you to be an expert in the electronics industry today. But you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers’ unique situations and how our software tools can create value for them.

What will help you succeed

  • A strong analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for AI, automation, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and revenue operations in a startup environment.
  • A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills (fluency in English and German is a must).
