Lusha is growing and we are searching for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team!

As a PMM, you will focus on launching new products and features, and develop product positioning and messaging that hits every stage of the funnel.
You will:
- Take full ownership of the product messaging lifecycle, from initial awareness through to customer advocacy, crafting distinctive messaging that sets Lusha apart in the marketplace.
- Strategize and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans, orchestrating product launches and promotions across multiple channels such as websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and targeted ads.
- Craft compelling narratives that showcase the functionality and value of our products.
- Develop and curate a suite of sales enablement materials, including comprehensive guides and resources, to facilitate seamless onboarding and ongoing support for our users.
- Dive into usage analytics and campaign results, employing a data-driven approach to continually refine and enhance strategies, aiming for optimal performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Efficiently manage and prioritize a diverse project portfolio, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B/B2C.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, including positioning, messaging, and campaign planning.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels, including crafting wireframes and mockups.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Major plus: experience with PLG companies that have a high-touch enterprise component.
