Role Overview
Lead, coach, and develop a winning sales team in a hands-on management position. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a team of In-Home Sales Representatives while remaining active in the field.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of In-Home Sales Representatives, review and manage appointments, run in-home appointments, support representatives during appointments, monitor performance, and conduct regular sales meetings and coaching sessions.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful in-home home improvement sales experience
- Previous in-home sales management experience (2+ years)
- Experience with one-call-close or one-day sales concepts
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales professionals
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using iPads, CRM systems, electronic contracts, and presentation technology
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
