About the Role:

Lyra is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Operations Technology Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our marketing technology stack. This critical role will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing and sales teams have the tools and data they need to drive impactful campaigns and achieve our business objectives. You will be the subject matter expert for our core marketing technologies and will be responsible for integrating these systems to create seamless data workflows and efficient processes. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual who is eager to troubleshoot challenges and implement innovative solutions.

This is a remote role based within the United States and will report to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and Technology.

Responsibilities

  • MarTech Stack Management: Own and manage Lyra’s core marketing technology stack, including but not limited to Marketo, Clay, 6sense ABM and Sales Intelligence, 6sense Conversational email, Ringlead, and LeanData.
  • Integration & Automation: Lead the integration of all marketing technology tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficient flow between systems. Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline marketing processes.
  • System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance and effectiveness of our marketing technology stack. Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure scalability.
  • Data Management: Design and implement data workflows between marketing and sales systems, ensuring accurate lead routing, attribution, and reporting. Maintain data hygiene and integrity within the marketing database.
  • AI Innovation: Leverage modern AI solutions such as Clay and Gemini to identify opportunities for process automation, data enrichment, and enhanced marketing effectiveness.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to the marketing technology stack, providing timely and effective troubleshooting and support to marketing and sales users.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau to provide insights into marketing performance and operational efficiency.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Enablement: Support and optimize our account-based marketing and selling motion through effective use of our technology stack, particularly 6sense and LeanData.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of marketing technology processes and provide training to sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on marketing technology management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Marketo (including campaign management, lead scoring, automation, and reporting). Marketo certification preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, particularly around campaign, leads, contacts, accounts, opportunity and activity objects.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with 6sense (or similar ABM platforms) for intent data, audience building, and orchestration.
  • Proven experience with LeanData (or similar lead-to-account matching and routing solutions).
  • Experience leading the integration of various marketing technology platforms.
  • A strong aptitude for quickly learning and mastering new technologies.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach.
  • Experience working with integration tools like Zapier, Workato etc.
  • Certified in administration for Salesforce Sales Cloud, LeanData and 6sense.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI solutions like Clay and Gemini for marketing automation and data enrichment.
  • Demonstrated ability to create insightful reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau.

$106,000 – $163,000 a year

As a full-time Marketing Operations Technology Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000 to $163,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
