Role Overview

You support sales with processes, renewals and offers and strengthen customer and partner relationships in close collaboration with other teams. You can further develop and increasingly take on responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Sales in implementing company and growth strategy
  • Execute the renewal process for extending existing license agreements
  • Support the development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships to generate recurring business
  • Work closely with Delivery, Accounting and Sales for interdisciplinary coordination before contract conclusion
  • Create offers and support negotiations through to business closure
  • Assist in managing selected key partners such as AWS and Tableau
  • Support planning and implementation of partner activities such as events and webinars in collaboration with the Marketing department

Qualifications

  • Completed business studies or comparable commercial training
  • Initial practical experience in sales or service-related environments (e.g., through internships or working student positions)
  • Interest in digital solutions and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP or similar)
  • Excellent German and English language skills in spoken and written form
  • Communication skills, teamwork ability and a structured, learning-ready working style
