We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Inside Sales Representative (Intern/Entry Level) to support outbound business development efforts across hospitals and healthcare systems in Arabic-speaking countries. This role focuses on prospecting and cold outreach to hospital administrators and healthcare leadership to schedule meetings for our senior sales team regarding physician recruitment services.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and business-level in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence
  • Interest in sales, business development, or healthcare services
  • Ability to confidently conduct cold outreach and lead qualification
  • Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
