Role Overview
As a Sales Manager for Business Management (m/w/d) Wholesale and Export, you will be the central interface between customers, sales external service, and logistics. You will work closely with your team and the South West region and sales leadership to ensure reliable, service-oriented customer care.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include sales and customer care, order processing, complaint management, data maintenance, and cooperation with locations in the South West.

Requirements
- Completed commercial training with a focus on sales, customer service, or comparable areas
- Professional experience in telephone and written customer service or in sales internal service
- Familiarity with common ERP systems
- Good understanding of commercial processes and customer-related processes
- Confident communication in German and good English skills
