The company is seeking a Marketing Manager, Client Communication & Engagement to lead the strategic development of email marketing programs and content personalization roadmap.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on client engagement and event marketing
- Proven experience developing and executing omni-channel engagement strategies, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and personalization
- Deep, hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrated experience managing a sales engagement platform (e.g., Seismic), with a focus on content strategy, user adoption, and leveraging advanced features
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compliant messaging
