As a Customer Experience Colleague, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for our customers. You’ll prioritize customer satisfaction by actively engaging with shoppers across all touchpoints – both in-store and online – and drive cross-category sales to support overall business goals. With a deep understanding of fashion, fit, and function, you will make tailored product recommendations and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey.
Requirements
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
