As a Salesforce Consultant, your Salesforce expertise and sharp consulting skills will contribute significantly to our mission: to exceed client expectations through superior service. You will play a critical role in providing solutions and support to our clients, with a specific focus on the healthcare and technology industries. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet client needs, ensuring optimal utilization of Salesforce functionalities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Salesforce best practices, industry standards, and solution design
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations, to meet client objectives
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Salesforce projects
- Lead and manage client projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (sales, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, training, and support)
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support user adoption and proficiency
- Perform data migration, integration, and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and emerging features to provide innovative solutions to clients
- Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant at a Salesforce consulting or ISV partner
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Consultant (ex: Sales, Service, and CPQ)
- Experience working with clients in Healthcare Services or Technology, with a deep understanding of their unique requirements and challenges within those industries
- Experience conducting in-depth requirements gathering sessions and efficiently and effectively scoping out projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to present solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and AppExchange products, and an understanding of when they can be leveraged to provide value to the client
- Experience working with and directing offshore development resources to design and implement custom solutions
- Health Cloud Accredited Professional

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 – $130,000, which is inclusive of bonus and other benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as expertise and fit for the role and organization. Within this salary range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
