About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst will support our global GTM organization by managing the data, reports, and dashboards that Sales and Customer Experience teams rely on every day. This role will focus on data quality, reporting accuracy, and dashboard performance, partnering closely with our US-based RevOps and Data teams to provide clear, timely insights.
Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Maintain and enhance recurring dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience in Excel and Looker Studio.
- Ensure all dashboards use consistent definitions, filters, and timeframes, so stakeholders have a single source of truth.
- Monitor dashboard performance and optimize queries, data sources, and layouts to improve load times and usability.
- Organize report folders, naming conventions, and documentation so GTM teams can easily find and understand the data they need.
Data & BI Execution
- Work with the Data/Snowflake team to define and maintain the tables and views used for BI and Looker Studio reporting.
- Help translate business requirements into clear data specifications (fields, joins, filters, aggregations).
- Perform regular data checks to identify anomalies, missing values, or mapping issues, and coordinate fixes with RevOps and Data.
- Support the rollout of new metrics, fields, and data models into existing reports and dashboards.
Ad Hoc Analysis & GTM Support
- Run ad hoc reports and analyses from Salesforce and other systems to answer questions on pipeline, bookings, retention, and campaign performance.
- Build and maintain standardized report templates for common GTM questions (e.g., rep performance, account coverage, renewal calendars).
- Prepare data extracts and summary views for forecasting reviews, and leadership presentations.
- Respond to internal data requests in a structured way, clarifying requirements and providing insights with clear commentary, not just raw numbers.
Process & Documentation
- Document metric definitions, report logic, and source tables in a simple, accessible format for GTM stakeholders.
- Help enforce data hygiene standards by surfacing recurring issues (duplicate records, missing fields, inconsistent usage) to RevOps leadership.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, suggesting automation or simplification where possible.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar data-focused role (B2B SaaS or services preferred).
- Strong skills in Excel /Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and nested formulas; comfort handling large data sets.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio or a similar BI/visualization tool.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse, and basic understanding of SQL concepts (joins, filters, aggregations); ability to work with data engineers on queries and views.
- Experience running reports and exports from Salesforce or another CRM.
- High attention to detail, strong data quality mindset, and the ability to spot inconsistencies or anomalies quickly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; able to explain data and methodology clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with a distributed team and collaborating across time zones.
- Basic SQL query writing experience.
- Exposure to RevOps or GTM processes (leads → opportunities → bookings → renewals).
- Experience automating recurring reports or data refreshes using scripts, connectors, or workflow tools.
