This role is for a Customer RevOps Manager, responsible for end-to-end onboarding, revenue-operations alignment, system configuration, and troubleshooting. The role requires a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, customer success, and tech integrations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue operations (pipeline, ARR/TCV/ATV metrics, forecasting strategies, churn/expansion logic)
- Comfortable with SQL syntax, API concepts, and troubleshooting integrations
- Professional presence and strong communication skills
- Ability to build trust and engage stakeholders across Sales, CS, Data Science, and Engineering
- Experience administering or configuring CRM and data systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Gainsight)
- Familiarity with APIs and OAuth/token-based authentication
