Magnify.io is an AI-powered post-sales customer-success orchestration platform helping software companies grow. This role is for a Customer RevOps Manager, responsible for end-to-end onboarding, revenue-operations alignment, system configuration, and troubleshooting. The role requires a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, customer success, and tech integrations.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue operations (pipeline, ARR/TCV/ATV metrics, forecasting strategies, churn/expansion logic)
  • Comfortable with SQL syntax, API concepts, and troubleshooting integrations
  • Professional presence and strong communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and engage stakeholders across Sales, CS, Data Science, and Engineering
  • Experience administering or configuring CRM and data systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Gainsight)
  • Familiarity with APIs and OAuth/token-based authentication
