AI Manager of Growth and Acquisition

MaintainX is seeking an AI Manager of Growth and Acquisition to drive the next wave of AI-powered marketing efficiency and scale. The ideal candidate will blend technical AI/ML fluency with strong growth marketing instincts to rapidly test, deploy, and scale acquisition plays that directly improve pipeline efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, digital acquisition, or marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in AI/ML applications.
• Proven ability to use AI platforms (e.g., Jasper, SurferSEO, Clay, Demandbase, or equivalent) for campaign execution and audience modeling.
• Experience with paid media optimization, SEO/SEM, and digital testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with predictive modeling, experimentation, and performance reporting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in test-and-learn environments, bias toward speed and execution.
