Director of AI GTM

MaintainX is a leading asset and work intelligence platform for industrial and frontline environments, valued at $2.5 billion. They are seeking a Director of AI GTM to lead the integration of AI across demand generation, accelerating efficiency, personalization, and pipeline growth. This role involves developing and executing AI-driven programs, building AI GTM playbooks, and overseeing AI infrastructure and tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM leadership
• 3+ years in AI/automation leadership
• Deep familiarity with MarTech, RevOps, and SalesTech ecosystems
• Proven success deploying AI to accelerate pipeline creation and deal velocity
• Strong technical fluency to evaluate AI models and vendors
