Join our team as the Revenue Operations Manager, where you’ll drive strategic growth and development for our US and Canadian sales organization. Enable our team to achieve current and future business objectives while fostering sales excellence across all verticals. From synthesizing big data to implementing Salesforce solutions, your expertise will elevate our sales performance.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales organization, ensuring sales execution excellence in North America.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales productivity and operational efficiency across all commercial lines of business.
- Transform big data into strategic insights for actionable decision-making.
- Generate standard weekly sales forecasts, opportunity pipeline reports, and deal dynamics analyses for the sales team.
- Operate as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for leadership in assigned business functions
- Support the sales team with planning and operational requests such as annual planning, business reviews, target setting, and territory assignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, including Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, and Corporate Development.
- Track and oversee projects, ensuring accurate sales reporting, metric analysis, recognition, and workflow monitoring.
- Extracting insights from complex data sets and translating them into actionable recommendations and actions.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance data hygiene and security, as well as improve sales team efficiency.
About You
- 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
- Proven track record in managing and executing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Ability to develop and implement scalable processes and systems to optimize sales operations efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience designing and implementing sales programs, initiatives, and strategies to drive growth and productivity.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment.
