Senior SEO & GEO Manager

MaintainX is hiring a Senior Manager of SEO & GEO to own organic search and generative AI discovery as a critical acquisition channel. The role will lead the strategy to win in both traditional organic search and generative AI discovery, ensuring the brand is accurately, favorably, and consistently represented wherever industrial and frontline buyers are asking questions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or search-driven pipeline generation
• Clear ownership of revenue and pipeline outcomes
• Demonstrated experience with AI-driven search or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Deep understanding of how LLMs retrieve and surface information
• Proven ability to design content for both humans and machines
• Strong experimentation mindset in emerging channels
• Advanced analytical skills
• Fluency in technical SEO fundamentals
• Experience with AEO and zero-click optimization
• Hands-on experience with modern SEO and GEO tooling
• Strong content and storytelling instincts
• Curiosity and adaptability
