Digital Marketing Specialist

Join Make-A-Wish Canada as a Digital Marketing Specialist and contribute to creating life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. This role involves developing and implementing digital marketing and fundraising initiatives, managing donor lists and segmentation, and creating engaging digital content.

Requirements

  • Education in marketing and/or online marketing/e-commerce, or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, including email campaigns, paid media (search, social, PMAX, video, remarketing), and GA4 analysis
  • Proficiency in web analytics and reporting (Google Analytics/GA4).
  • Strong content writing skills with a focus on engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an asset.
  • Experience in large, multi-level, or non-profit organizations is an asset.
  • Project and client management experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
