Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in social strategy, digital marketing, creative strategy, communications planning, or integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator ecosystems, and emerging digital culture
- Proven experience building social-first campaigns that drive engagement, talkability, and audience relevance
- Strong grasp of paid social, content distribution, and performance optimisation
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
- Experience working across cross-functional teams, agencies, creators, and media partners
