They are seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist to optimize customer support operations through tools like Zendesk and internal CRM systems, working closely with teams across Customer Success, Data, and Product to improve efficiency and customer experience. The role involves mapping the support journey, automating processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Zendesk Admin
- Hands-on expertise in Zendesk Suite (Support, Chat, Talk, Guide, Explore)
- Strong understanding of customer support operations and Customer Experience
- Experience in managing Chatbot journeys
- Analytical thinker with experience building dashboards and reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Zendesk Admin Certification (advantageous)
