We are seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to support enterprise analytics with a strong focus on project management, visualization and decision enablement for the Corporate and Site Quality function within a CPG organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling).
Solid SQL skills for working with large datasets.
Well-versed in a variety of statistical methods, such as hypothesis testing, time series analysis, and regression analysis.
Experience with dbt and modern data modeling practices preferred.
Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
Knowledge and understanding of systems and application knowledge, such as SAP, Microsoft Office (including SharePoint), LIMS, etc.
Experience in CPG industry is preferred.
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
Ability to travel to support other business units/locations when required (~50%).
