We are seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to support enterprise analytics with a strong focus on project management, visualization and decision enablement for the Corporate and Site Quality function within a CPG organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling).
- Solid SQL skills for working with large datasets.
- Well-versed in a variety of statistical methods, such as hypothesis testing, time series analysis, and regression analysis.
- Experience with dbt and modern data modeling practices preferred.
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Knowledge and understanding of systems and application knowledge, such as SAP, Microsoft Office (including SharePoint), LIMS, etc.
- Experience in CPG industry is preferred.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
- Ability to travel to support other business units/locations when required (~50%).
