Manager, Donor Communications

NPR is seeking a Donor Communications Manager to join their team, responsible for creating compelling donor materials, managing projects, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of nonprofit development writing experience
• A track record of creating successful fundraising proposals
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Able to write for different audiences and platforms
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, inspiring language
• Highly organized and attentive to detail and strict adherence to deadlines
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive)
• Graphic design skills, including document layout
