Crocs is seeking a Manager, Brand Partnerships, Licensing & Collaborations to join the global marketing team to develop and execute mass-appeal brand partnerships that extend brand reach, drive cultural relevance and unlock memorable consumer moments.
Requirements
- Develop and deliver clear, strategic briefs aligned to brand, marketing and business objectives.
- Partner closely with channel owners and creative teams to build best-in-class consumer journeys and creative executions that align to the brief and maximize campaign investment.
- Lead projects which involve external partners across various industries with mass consumer appeal.
- Serve as a key strategic partner for cross functional teams including product, merchandising and sales, fostering collaboration and incorporating inputs to strengthen campaign effectiveness.
- Develop campaign playbooks and oversee the execution of that strategy across all geographic territories.
- Manage and track campaign performance, ensuring execution drives engagement, traffic and consumer acquisition.
- Ensure alignment with Legal on all product, partner and marketing activation plans to maintain compliance and adhere to contractual requirements.
- Partner closely with channel owners and creative teams to build best-in-class consumer journeys and creative executions that align to the brief and maximize campaign investment.
