Requirements
- 5+ years in employer branding, internal communications, or HR marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS
- Strategic & Creative: Ability to translate business goals into compelling narratives for employees and candidates
- Stakeholder Leadership: Proven success partnering with C-suite, HR, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition
- Digital & Analytical: Expertise in employer branding platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor), CMS tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with distributed teams in a fast-paced, global environment
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Language: High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required (or experience in lieu of degree)
