Manager, Internal & Executive Communications

This role is responsible for owning, shaping and executing internal and executive communications and employee engagement strategies to inform, engage and inspire employees. The role provides trusted counsel and executive communications support to the Chief People Officer, as well as strategic leadership and execution of internal communications across the People organization.

Requirements

• Owns, evolves and executes the Chief People Officer’s communications platform and strategy
• Leads the development of internal communications strategies, materials and campaigns for company-wide initiatives
• Drives strategy, content and production of functional People Org. All Hands meetings
• Creates informative and engaging communications to support the organization’s business and cultural priorities
• Manages and develops a small team
