We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Manager, Revenue Operations to join our fast-paced team. The Manager will support and enhance our revenue processes, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to assess performance across departments.
- Optimize and manage CRM systems to support revenue initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic projects and process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms and assist with data analysis for decision-making.
- Support go-to-market strategy execution and GTM planning.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar role.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
