Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM change management, sales enablement, strategy & operations, systems design or a related field
- Experience leading and developing people, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across the GTM ecosystem
- Analytical rigor and creative thinking, with the ability to analyze business metrics to identify performance gaps and measure program impact
