We’re looking for a motivated and multidisciplinary DealHub enthusiast to join our Revenue Operations team and take ownership of our Sales Operations function. In this role, you’ll act as a business partner to our sales, marketing, customer success and finance teams, and have a direct and meaningful impact on our go-to-market strategy, execution and operations. You’ll own the CRM tech-stack, provide leadership with visibility and data-backed insights into team performance and forecasts, and support our teams in their daily use of tools, processes and reports.
This is a full-time, hands-on role that requires solid communication, prioritization and execution skills, the ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment, a strong sense of data ownership, and the ability to work cross-functionally and influence others. You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations, and collaborate closely with members of the GTM/RevOps and Finance teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the business partner and subject matter expert for DealHub’s sales tech-stack and CRM (HubSpot), including its business applications, user settings and integrations
- Act as the admin owner of our HubSpot instance to design, implement and enforce sales processes, lead routing and enrichment, sales data models and CRM hygiene policies that support our GTM execution and improve reporting
- Analyze GTM motion and team performance using tools such as HubSpot Company/Deal/Lead records, sales activity data, Salesforce/Outreach/Gong engagement data, etc. to identify signals and opportunities for growth, optimization and automation
- Own sales commissions plans and execution, including quotas and KPIs for new reps, dashboards and reporting, plan approval and sharing, performance tracking, etc.
- Maintain a living knowledge management hub for the Revenue Operations domain, with documentation of processes, playbooks, datasets and dashboards
- Support strategic initiatives and annual planning/budgeting activities
What Sets You Apart:
- Demonstrated experience and subject matter expertise with HubSpot CRM configuration, analytics dashboards and reporting, workflows, etc.
- Experience in Salesforce, Gong, Chili Piper, Outreach and other sales/GTM systems a plus
- Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating cross-functionally
- Ability to synthesize data quickly and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Proven track record as a problem-solver and self-starter who adjusts quickly, operates with confidence and follows through on execution
